Sometimes their support is crowded, so it takes time for an experience technical support personal to answer your questions. However once they answer they will stick to you until your problem is fixed.

At first I thought they are a bit expensive for me. So I tried a "cheap" host. My site was down, terrible support. Than I understood that for an extra buck a month, I can go to sleep without worries.
