the royal sonesta washington dc dupont circle4.5 out of 5 northwest price was $931, price is now $747 per person $747 per person nov 4 - nov 8 found 1 day ago roundtrip flight included boston (bos) to washington (dca) stay at this 4.5-star luxury hotel in washington. enjoy free wifi, an outdoor pool, and breakfast (surcharge). our guests praise the helpful staff and the clean rooms in our reviews. popular attractions white house and capital one arena are located nearby. the good: the beds were comfortable. the average: the rooms are missing typical furniture as we rented two rooms for our family and there was no couch, loveseat of chair to site in besides a desk chair. the desk and dresser that the tv sat on was meh. the tv did not work in one room (catv was out for a day) the cleaning crew was inconsistent. clean/vacuum one day and not the next, missing towel, did not make bed, left new towels on floor. very odd. one room had a noisy neighbor that liked to stay up late as the shared door is not sound-proof. staff was nice enough though. not very clean in one room as there was broken glass from champagne flutes, but they did come and re-vacuum. area was very convenient to metro and good restaurants. if you just want a decent bed and convenience, it will work well. if you need 5-star service, you will be disappointed. reviewed on may 27, 2025
