intercontinental hotels chicago magnificent mile by ihg "great location and overall a comfortable stay. the hotel was clean, and the staff was generally polite. however, despite paying extra for a larger room, we were initially given a smaller room and only noticed it after entering. to their credit, they later corrected the mistake, but it was still surprising. also, breakfast was unexpectedly modest and rather unpretentious for a hotel of this level. another disappointing experience happened during check-out: i paid a tip for luggage assistance, but after saying he would come, the staff member disappeared and i ended up carrying/loading the luggage myself. overall a good hotel, but there were some service inconsistencies that did not match expectations." us$348 detail ➡
