9.0/10 great t tracey granger we were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. we got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. we booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. the room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. a key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. there either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). we parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. if you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. but there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. the buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. they cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. i called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. overall the stay was okay and i guess you can expect to feel safe as i was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. but again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to i’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated i was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. they did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. so in other words don’t leave anything important in your vehicle. show more universal's endless summer resort – dockside inn and suites hotel near universal studios area, orlando 38.2% of visitors choose this area price per night from: us$203
