8.8/10 very good g guest user the hotel was centrally located. i enjoyed the leisure facilities. the staff in the bar and restaurant were lovely. however, the room decor was tired and the carpet was smelly. on the morning i was due to leave (check out was 12pm) i was trying to have a lie in and was woken by housekeeping trying to get into my room on 3 separate occasions between 8.30 and 9am. i would have thought that all rooms with guests due to check out would be cleaned after the guest had checked out and not while they were in bed? after all this, the tv came on with the welcome message, of its own accord, just after 9am, lighting up the room. so much for my lie in!!! show more holiday inn london - sutton hotel near sutton price per night from: us$85
