9.5/10 outstanding h hong jun jeffrey since it has only opened for a few months, everything in the room is still in excellent condition. outside the room, not so much. some elevator doors are dodgy, when we got there it was pouring down and many area in the mall were flooded. we got there on a weekday at 3pm, which was the suggested checkin time, yet we are offered a room without a tub and if we want one we have to wait till 4pm. not that it is a huge matter but if the hotel is positioned as a 5 star one perhaps they can do better. my thought is, they dont really care as loads of people who dont care will still go and will not complaint at all. show more londoner grand, a luxury collection hotel, macao hotel near cotai, macau price per night from: us$103
