(320 reviews) i stayed here last week with the family and friends for a ski trip. our room was really spacious which was great for the four of us especially on a day when the kids were too exhausted to go out for dinner so we ordered takeout one night. the location was perfect and only about five mins from the slopes. the pool area was lovely and well needed by all of us after skiing all day. the staff were generally really friendly and welcoming. we had a little incident with a dinner booking on our first night as when we turned up for a reservation we’d made about an hour before they’d accidently given the table to another group of seven. we then had to wait about 20-30 mins for a table to be sorted out and although the lady who seated us we very apologetic we then felt rushed by the waiter as the kitchen was due to close. had we been seated at the time of our reservation that would not have been an issue. the waiter was then quite huffy with us even though it was not our fault. given the price of the meal this was very disappointing so we did not stay for dinner any other night during our stay. the only other negative is oddly our used glasses in the room didn’t seem to be getting changed despite the room being made up daily. that said we would still definitely stay here again. overall it was still a lovely experience and those little niggles did not spoil what was a great stay. reviewed on feb 23, 2025 bergresort seefeld4.5 out of 5 save 100% on your flight price was $1,180, price is now $989 per person $989 per person sep 13 - sep 20 found 1 day ago roundtrip flight included amsterdam (ams) to innsbruck (inn) 9.6/10 exceptional!
