royal canadian lodge4 out of 5 uptown district price was $1,184, price is now $1,044 per person $1,044 per person sep 4 - sep 7 found 1 day ago roundtrip flight included chicago (chi) to calgary (yyc) stay at this 4-star eco-certified hotel in banff. enjoy free wifi, breakfast (surcharge), and room service. our guests praise the helpful staff and the clean rooms in our reviews. popular attractions upper hot springs and banff gondola are located nearby. overall the hotel was fine and comfortable, but found the staff to be extremely unhelpful. the concierge wreaked of alcohol one morning and gave us very odd answers to questions. the front desk we called multiples times with no answer. asked someone else at the front desk 2 questions they didn’t know the answer to (one about room service and the other about directions due to a marathon in town). breakfast was not good at all - only option is a buffet before 9 which doesn’t make sense when you’re trying to get started early on activities! reviewed on sep 30, 2024
