(1,002 reviews) unfortunately they had one elevator down on our stay which made it very difficult to get up to the 7th floor we were staying in. normally this wouldn’t be an issue but my wife suffers from a mobility issue and waiting up to 10 minutes at the elevator was very frustrating and taking the stairs was not an option. it also was affecting the cleaning services at the hotel. things were delayed and not on schedule. very frustrating to pay full price and not have the hotel operating fully. would have liked to know about the issue before arriving would have been great. reviewed on aug 28, 2025
