(198 reviews) the hotel itself was very clean and modern. the staff was somewhat helpful but not very friendly. the walls are so thin that we could hear our neighbours snoring as if they were in the room with us. and don’t be fooled by the pictures, even though the gondola runs above the hotel, it is not a ski in/ski out hotel. you have to walk 500-750 m to get to the lifts on very icy roads. and everything is extra, from using the fridge in the room, to the breakfast buffet and the hot tub. reviewed on jan 17, 2025
