(208 reviews) we stayed at rosapetra spa resort in august and were disappointed. the hotel has no air conditioning, and their solution was to suggest leaving the balcony door open at night—right onto a busy, noisy road. it also didn’t feel safe since anyone could easily walk up to our room. breakfast was very basic: just yogurts, cereals, and a few egg options. the best part of our stay was the staff—they were truly wonderful and went out of their way to help. unfortunately, the hotel itself just doesn’t match their level of service. federico was amazing!!! no matter how hard they tried, the property felt more like a basic 3-star hotel. sadly, i wouldn’t stay here again. reviewed on aug 21, 2025
