(2,101 reviews) love the cozy feel of this hotel! it is really beautiful and the restaurant on site is very helpful when traveling with a toddler - all the staff are so helpful and kind. additional big perks include how close it is to downtown and public transit, so everything is walkable. also, free parking!! which is very hard to find. only reason i didn’t give it 5 stars across the board is that for the price (i understand it’s banff and it is high season when we came) there are some things lacking - for example, option for pack and play or rollaway cribs and an updated television system. the ac was also either freezing or the room got kind of warm so temp control was a bit challenging. overall though i’d recommend it because it is beautiful and the convenience of location and parking are a major plus! reviewed on sep 5, 2025
