(2,039 reviews) stayed here for 3 nights to explore lake louise and banff. hotel check in was seamless, and the room was great. didn't use many of the hotel amenities other than the complimentary bikes which were lovely. the room was clean, beds were comfy, and the shower was good. location was great if you want to be closer to lake louise. with a rental car, getting around and parking was no problem as long as you arrive early. reviewed on sep 5, 2025
