(1,002 reviews) we came here for our anniversary recently and enjoyed every bit of it. the front desk staff was amazing to say the least. we were unable to get a lake view room, so they gave us a complimentary upgrade that surpassed our expectations. the room was massive and beautiful! this hotel has everything amenities wise and so much to keep you entertained. we thoroughly enjoyed paddle boating, which gave us a stunning view of the hotel and surroundings. the only thing that was a bit of damper was the hostess for the den restaurant, her demeanor was quite passive aggressive and unwelcoming. overall i would recommend this hotel to anyone, beautiful stay tucked away in whistler. reviewed on sep 5, 2025
