(423 reviews) amazing staff, great value! we arrived late, but communicated with staff for the check in process after hours. the room was great and matched the pictures. clean and well kept. the staff were all friendly and took time to answer our questions. they had a free bus to the gondola that was timely and on time. even a grocery shopping run! on check out, the staff let us still use the shuttle and leave our car parked! saving us from the astronomical vail parking fees. i highly recommend staying here. it was a great time, the whole family enjoyed everyone and was a great room, staff and overall great facility! reviewed on mar 9, 2026
