(3,118 reviews) staff weren’t the most friendly. my friend (diabetic) had an iced tea (nestea) at the hot tub for a sugar low, and the staff yelled at us as they accused us of having alcohol there. not impressed. also, they did not allow us to take the tunnel to the fox anymore. it is still advertised you can use this. the chemicals and stuffiness of the hot tub at this location was burning our eyes, skin, and making us cough so we were hoping to go next door. we’ve stayed here at least 10x and this time wasn’t good. won’t be back. reviewed on mar 13, 2026
