(845 reviews) good stay despite some issues. it took three people (including a senior manager) to check me in. it was like i was the first person whoever checked in before. i think it had to do with the fact i had a condo that the hotel operates but maybe doesn't manage. check out was also questionable. we charged a meal to the room and did not get a final invoice at check out. the sauna also didn't work. the best part were the shuttle drivers; they were great. reviewed on dec 18, 2025
